Weekly Workout Plan

I intended to write this yesterday, but I was feeling less than motivated to do anything. It was kind of an off day for me.

Last week’s runs went really well. I also did some ab work on Monday, but pretty much failed at doing any other exercise.

Here is this week’s plan.

  • Monday-Half Marathon training officially starts! 1.5 mile run, 30 minutes strength training.
  • Tuesday-2 Mile Run, 1 hour tennis
  • Wednesday-3 Mile Run
  • Thursday-Off
  • Friday-2 Mile Run, 1 hour tennis (maybe)
  • Saturday-4 mile Run
  • Sunday-30 minute strength training, stretching
